Return and Refund Policy
We accept product returns (except for clearance sales) if you are unhappy with your purchase. A product must be returned within 30 days of receiving it.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Must include the original packaging and all accessories.
- A receipt or other proof of purchase is required to process your return.
Shipping Information:
- Please email our customer service to confirm the return address before mailing the package.
- Return shipping fee: Covered by the seller for defective or wrong items; customers are responsible for returns due to ordered wrong items, changing minds, or items no longer needed.
Exceptions:
- Returns do not apply to special offers or clearance sale products.
- All return orders will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact LANGY customer assistance. Include a note explaining the return, along with an invoice or screenshot confirming your order number.
- LANGY service will provide the relevant return address within 24 working hours.
- Email a return notification to LANGY with the following information for prompt processing:
- Name of the courier
- Tracking number
Refunds:
- For any refund requests, please contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase; we cannot provide refunds past this period.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used, after items are received, inspected for damage, and confirmed to be in their original package.
- PayPal: Funds will be returned within 1 business day after refund approval.
- Debit/Credit Card: Most financial institutions typically process refunds within 3-5 business days, although it may take longer. Please allow at least 7 business days for processing.
