Return & Refund Policy
We accept product returns if you are not happy with your purchase. A product need to be returned within 30 days of the recipient of the product.
Items must be unused and in the same condition as when they were sent to you in order to be eligible for a return. Original package with all new accessories. For the purpose of processing your return, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Process for the Returning
- To start a return, please get in touch with LANGY customer assistance. Please include a note explaining the return and an invoice or screenshot confirming the order number.
- Within 24 working hours, LANGY service will communicate the relevant return address to you.
- Please email a return notification to LANGY with the following details in order for the refund to be processed quickly:
Name of the courier
Full refunds are normally provided only to the original payment method used when items received, inspected for damage and confirmed that they are in their original package. Paypal: after a refund has been approved, you will receive your funds within 1 business day.
Debit- or creditcard:
A majority of financial institutions including banks and credit card companies will take on average 3-5 business days to process refunds, however it could take longer. Please be patient and allow at least 7 business days for your financial
