We accept product returns (clearance sale exceptional) if you are unhappy with your purchase—a product must be returned within 30 days of receiving the product.

Process for the Returning
- To start a return, please get in touch with LANGY customer assistance. Please include a note explaining the return and an invoice or screenshot confirming the order number.
- Within 24 working hours, LANGY service will communicate the relevant return address to you.
- Please email a return notification to LANGY with the following details in order for the refund to be processed quickly:
